30-Day Return Policy
Change of Mind Returns
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include the original order confirmation or packing slip when returning.
Packaging Waiver – No Return / No Exchange
If at the time of purchase you request not to receive the full original packaging for a product, you acknowledge and agree that:
• You waive your right to return or exchange the item for any reason, including change of mind.
• The product will be considered a final sale.
• No post-purchase services will be provided, including returns, exchanges, store credit, or after-sales support relating to that item.
This condition applies regardless of whether the product is unused or in working condition. By declining the original packaging, you accept the item as-is and agree to these terms at the point of sale.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us: Before returning any items, please contact our return team at [email protected] to initiate the return process. Return Authorisation: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product. Clearly write the provided RA number on the outside of the package. Package the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories if provided. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the costs of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
